Downloading Yasu 6.0.1 for Mac from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. The actual developer of this free software for Mac is Jim Mitchell.
The program can also be called "Yasu-yet another system utility", "Yasu 2", "Yasu b2". The bundle identifier for Yasu for Mac is org.jimmitchell.yasu. The most popular versions of the application are 2.9, 2.8 and 2.7. The application lies within System Tools, more precisely System Optimization.
Commonly, this program's installer has the following filenames: yasu_2.9.0.zip, yasu_2.9.1.zip, yasu_2.8.2.zip, yasu_2.7.5.zip and yasu_2.7.6.zip etc. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.
From the developer:
Yasu was originally created with System Administrators who service large groups of workstations in mind, Yasu (Yet Another System Utility) was made to do a specific group of maintenance tasks quickly within a few clicks, rather than needing to endlessly type shell script commands in the Terminal application.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Nocturne, What's Keeping Me? or QuicKeys, which might be similar to Yasu.
