From the developer:
FlagTimes is a macOS timezone app for anyone working in multiple timezones. The utility is based on Apple's own clock. So if you trust your computer's time, you can trust FlagTimes. The tool comes with some settings, such as am/pm time and auto-start on login.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Tea Timer, DMS Reminder or Missing Sync for Sony PSP, which might be similar to FlagTimes.
