Yadal is a dock-based application launcher utility. It lets you define an application menu through a configuration interface. Yadal uses the dock menu feature of MacOS X. It is not very customizable however, as it's not intended to be your average "do it all" application launcher.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Occurrence Selector, which might be similar to Yadal.
