Access and manage 3D gene-condition-time datasets. Work with a collection of mathematical definitions of gene expression modules and transfer, share, edit, and otherwise process the content. Refine the sets by removing genes and conditions until they comply with the module definition.
EDISA 1.0 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program's installer is commonly called EDISA.exe.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. You can launch this free PC program on Windows 7/8/10/11 32-bit. The most popular version among the software users is 1.0. The actual developer of the free program is University of Tübingen. The program is included in Education Tools.
From the developer:
EDISA (Extended Dimension Iterative Signature Algorithm) is a novel probabilistic clustering approach for 3D gene-condition-time datasets. Based on mathematical definitions of gene expression modules, the EDISA samples initial modules from the dataset which are then refined by removing genes and conditions until they comply with the module definition.
You may want to check out more software, such as ZodiacEdit, which might be similar to EDISA.
